Hebron High School was the location for the 5stateHoopReport staff for the Scouts Focus Elite 80 Camp. More than a handful projected division 1 & D2 prospects were in attendance so let’s dive in and on the top prospects.
Michael High, 2023 Forward – Smithson Valley: Popped out on the scenes. The skilled forward out of San Antonio possess good feel for the game and a versatile offensive skillset to mix with size.
Tobias Roland, 2021 Guard – Putnam City North: A big-time competitor, Tobias brings effort on both ends of the court and has steadily improved shotmaking capabilities.
Arterio Morris, 2022 Guard – Kimball: Talented guard that when focus, is a real difference maker on the court. Sees the floor, good athlete & can score in bunches.
Jordan Walsh, 2022 SF – Faith Family: Physical profile stands out with Jordan due to his height & great length. Flourished in open court as a finisher and has showed noticeably improved handle.
Mekhi Collins, 2021 PF – Trinity Christian: Wiry, athletic forward that made impact on the glass and the paint. Plays above the rim, consistent motor and shown he possesses a next-level translatable game.
Jacob Wilson, 2022 Wing – Lee Magnet High School: From Louisiana, Wilson has promising size and shooting stroke. Plays within strengths and a player we will keep tabs with.
Jovani Benae, 2021 SG – Frisco HS: Mid-Range game was on automatic this past weekend. Plays with good pace and connected on jumpers at a high clip.
Daniel Sykes, 2022 Guard – Birdville: Knows how to play and Daniel knows how to get stuff done on the court. Gritty defensively, and offensively can wear different hats.
Carmelo Adkins, 2023 Guard – Fossil Ridge: A promising guard that excelled in the fast-break. Sound handle, solid decision maker and ceiling his high.
Kylin Green, 2021 Guard – Lewisville: Attacking, strong guard that gets downhill. Kylin will do dirty work on the glass and embraces contact.
Chauncey Gibson, 2022 Wing – Duncanville: Gibson came for one day and shot it at a high clip from deep. Length mixed with promising positional size and shooting stroke makes Gibson a prospect
